One of the first tests I usually do with a new soda machine when evaluating is a “Max Carbonation” test. This is where I try to max out the limits of how much carbonation I can get in the bottle provided by the maker of the soda machine.
I will boil, and then chill the water, to give it the best possible conditions to receive the most co2.
